We want you to love what you get from us—simple as that. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle refunds and returns:
Prints & Canvases
Each print and canvas is made just for you, which means we don’t offer refunds for change of mind.
But—if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not what you expected, we’ll absolutely make it right.

We’ll send a replacement or refund—your choice
Photo Books & Guides
Just like our prints, these are made to order. If there’s a printing issue, damage, or quality concern, we’ve got you.

Digital Products
Because these are instant downloads, we can’t offer refunds on digital products (like e-books, guides, presets, etc.).
But if something’s broken, glitchy, or not downloading properly—contact us and we’ll sort it out ASAP.
Photography Gear & Accessories
If you’ve purchased gear or physical tools (like cleaning kits, straps, accessories):

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unused and in original packaging

You’ll be responsible for return shipping

Once we receive the item, we’ll refund you in full (excluding original shipping)
We Don’t Refund For:

Change of mind

Size misjudgment if accurate dimensions were listed

Print colors that look slightly different due to screen calibration
